AdventHealth Medical Group is pleased to announce that Melissa Kelly Carter, AuD, has joined AdventHealth Medical Group Ear, Nose & Throat at Calhoun.

 

Dr. Carter joins Sally Smalley, MD, Cinthia Cox, NP-C, and the care team at AdventHealth Medical Group Ear, Nose & Throat at Calhoun where our clinicians provide comprehensive services and solutions that help keep your head, neck and throat healthy.

 

Dr. Carter partners with you and works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to accomplish your desired treatment goals with care and compassion. “My patient care model focuses on communication, collaboration, empathy and building rapport with my patients,” said Dr. Carter. “Audiology directly addresses the foundation of human communication and aids in a person’s ability to connect with others and participate meaningfully in our world.”

 

Dr. Carter earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Kent State University, going on to receive her Doctorate of Audiology degree from A.T. Stills University.
