Montserrat Codina fields of interests are new innovative education models and concepts and how training, capacity building and skills development is to be adapted in the health sector. She leads from idea to conclusion a series of international innovation and training projects implemented in collaboration with global partners representing the stakeholders of the health innovation ecosystem. She holds a PhD in biology and has been adjunct faculty at University of Barcelona.
