Biography
Salomé Azevedo is head of Digital Health in VOH.CoLAB. She is MSc in Biomedical Engineering and is a PhD student in the Engineering and Management Programme at IST, Lisbon University, to explore the determinants of digital technology, its innovation risk, and its impact in healthcare, and to develop other theories and strategies that would overcome the obstacles inherent to this sector. She was a deputy at the Health Parliament Portugal. She is a member of the Board of Directors at the Patient Innovation Association. She attended Carnegie Mellon University within the scope of User Innovation.
