Job Responsibilities and Content

  1. Daily Visits: Ensure a minimum of 4.5 days of regular visitation per week. The number of face-to-face effective visits per day should not be less than 12. Ensure correct coverage and visit frequency for A and B-level clients.
  2. VIP Visits: Conduct visits at least once a month to key hospitals within the designated area, meeting with directors, chief pharmacists, members of the pharmaceutical affairs committee, and key opinion leaders to gain maximum support.
  3. Product Presentations: Organize at least one product presentation meeting per week to enhance doctors' understanding of the products.
  4. Performance Development: Plan the fixed area responsibilities at the beginning of each month based on company targets. Track progress weekly to achieve set goals.
  5. Territory Management: Strategically plan and update client department information within the designated area regularly. Expand business within the region following the principle of precision and meticulousness.
  6. Financial Management: Submit expense pre-approvals for marketing activities based on regional manager budgets at the beginning of each month. Execute approved expenses and submit receipts within three weeks.
  7. Product Management: Develop monthly product growth plans and focus product growth plans based on company strategies and specific area conditions. Focus particularly on the development of new products.
  8. Product Knowledge: Attend weekly product knowledge sessions and participate in regular exams, with exam results contributing to performance evaluations.
  9. Business Skills: Implement learned business skills effectively in the field to improve visitation efficiency.
  10. Daily Working Hours: Ensure 8 hours of effective visitation within the designated area daily. Additionally, be available for communication with the company and clients from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, requiring the mobile phone to be on during this time (the company provides transportation/communication subsidies).

Specific Job Requirements

Industry Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Position Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical product promotion.

Language Proficiency:

  • Basic proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient in using office software and internet browsers.

Travel Requirements:

  • Willingness to undertake required travel tasks as per company policies.

Required Professional Certification:

  • RDPAC Certificate.
