Please join your colleagues at our Radiology International Meeting in Kyoto, Japan, home to Buddhist temples, Shinto shrines, palaces, and gardens. The conference runs from April 7-13, 2024. Kyoto is full of history, heritage, and delightful activities. Earn CME Credits with leading experts in the Radiology industry, while exploring the beautiful and historic city of Kyoto. In addition to the comprehensive Scientific Program we have for you, there are also several Optional Day Excursions for you to choose from, as well as a Post Tour through the surrounding areas of Japan. These Day Excursions and Post Tour have been specially curated for you with exclusive opportunities you won't find anywhere else.

Meeting Details

Please follow the "Book Now" tab to make a room reservation for an arrival on April 6th or April 7th with a departure on April 13th. Please book your flights to arrive and depart:

o Arrival: Saturday, April 6th if you are attending the "Grand Imperial Tour of Kyoto" Excursion on Sunday, April 7th

o Arrival: Sunday, April 7th before the start of the conference on Monday, April 8th

o Departure: Saturday, April 13th with a recommended morning departure, as check out of the hotel is 11:00 AM

Nearest airport: Osaka/Itami International Airport (ITM) is 1 hour from Hotel Okura Kyoto. Kansai International Airport (KIX) is 1 hour & 15 minutes away from Hotel Okura Kyoto.
