Erin Birch is a Partner in PA’s health and life sciences team. She works across the NHS, helping providers and systems leverage digital, data analytics, and innovative approaches to create a more positive human future for patients, clinicians, families and caregivers. Prior to PA Erin was at PwC where she was part of the health strategy team. She has extensive experience working with providers and systems to transform operating and business models to embed digital transformation, manage costs and support strong health and social care economies. While at PwC, Erin worked on the Commissioning Capability Programme (CCG)and the Aspiring Integrated Care System (ICS) Programme with NHS England to support over 80 Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG), ten aspiring ICSs and over 200 NHS executives to integrate health and care and create a digital channel shift.
