This event will cover the very important aspect of safe clinical practice, addressing a wide range of issues related to radiology errors. It includes performance management, human factors, complaints and litigation. Specific topics on errors related to imaging of the chest, abdomen, genitorurinary, trauma, neuro and breast are highlighted. The event is relevant to radiologists of all grades and subspeciality. It is also of educational value to allied health professionals working in a radiology department.

  • To bring awareness of root cause and management of radiology errors
  • To encourage learning from potential avoidable errors.
