Debra Kapczynski, after being part of Beaumont Health for more than 38 years, has been promoted to the position of Manager Diagnostic and Molecular Imaging. Her responsibilities are to provide management supervision for sub-specialty areas in the Imaging department, both on-site and off campus. She will work with physician and hospital leadership to meet the business demands of Beaumont Health customers.
She will also manage supervisors and all technologists in the operation of their specific areas of responsibility. In cooperation with supervisors, Kapczynski will monitor patient and employee scheduling, workflows, daily problem solving, and departmental quality standards. She will also play a role in policy-making and decisions for the department. Kapczynski will continue to follow Beaumont philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care at all times.
