Role: Surgical Sales Specialist Location: North West France Language Requirement: French & English Travel: 80% regional travel

As a Surgical Sales Specialist you will be responsible for sales of our full Gynecological Surgical product portfolio across the designated region of France.   

 

As a Surgical Sales Specialist you will:

  • Promote the company's surgical products to achieve the sales goals set in an ethical manner
  • Maintain and develop the turnover with the existing clientele of the surgery range
  • Prospect and win new customers
  • Maintain and develop quality relationships with all decision-makers (surgeons, pharmacists, biomedical engineers, facility directors)
  • Ensure the training of medical staff in the use of our devices and provide technical assistance to gynae surgeons
  • Participate in internal company training, sales meetings, conferences and other events.
  • Maintain the CRM internal to the company with the required information (contact details, visit reports, opportunities) submit queries, sales forecasts and expense reports

 

What you need to be successful in the role:

• The ability to successfully develop relationships with key decision-makers and thought leaders but also with all interlocutors (operating theater supervisors, pharmacists, biomedical engineers)

• Strong scientific and/or commercial training and successful sales experience in the surgical field

• Experience and in-depth knowledge of surgical theatres

• Flexibility and a strong team player

• Able to work autonomously in a fast paced and complex environment

• Good command of the English language (both written and spoken)

• Computer skills (Office Pack: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM)
