We are on the lookout for a Diagnostics Applications Specialist to educate and support new and existing customers on our premium Molecular, Cytology and Perinatal products. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Sharing our passion for customer care, you will ensure a high level of satisfaction by delivering best in class training and first level technical and scientific support to laboratory and medical personnel, key opinion leaders and decision makers in your territory. As a strong collaborator and team player, you will support your sales colleagues by identifying and developing sales opportunities and assisting with product demonstrations as well as work with the Scientific Manager in the design, execution and monitoring of scientific studies.

This position is predominantly based in NSW however the ability and willingness to travel across ANZ will be required to assist other team members.

Our diagnostics business is going from strength to strength and to support our growth, we are looking for the best to join us. You will ideally have a tertiary qualification in Medical Science, Biomedical or a related discipline and experience in applications or sales support. Experience in Laboratory Cytology (gyn or non-gyn) Molecular experience is essential. You are a natural communicator, confident with strong customer service and time management skills.

As part of this role, you will be required to hold a valid Australian driver license, a reliable car and flexibility/ability to travel within the assigned territory (with some overnight stays required). The nature of this role requires employees to attend hospitals, for this reason, evidence of Covid 19 vaccination is essential.
