Clinical Program Manager-

  • Responsible for assuring compliance with mandated clinical interventions inclusive of core measures within the medical center. Interfaces directly with MSMC Departments, Administrators, Nursing, Medical and Quality Leadership, and Clinical Staff, overseeing administrative and daily operations of the core measures and clinical intervention compliance program.

Data Analyst (I/II)-

  • The Data Analyst is responsible for implementing best information technology data management practices in an effort to improve and ensure quality, streamline data cleaning efforts and deliver analyzable databases within agreed upon project timelines. Leads and performs activities related to database management, maintenance of data integrity and security, and basic statistical analyses.

Grants and Contracts Specialist

  • Coordinate grant submission process with PIs; is aware of internal and external deadlines for various funding opportunities. Work closely with PIs on all aspects of the grant application process, including assisting with creation of budgets, gathering supplemental materials, and coordinating with sub-contract sites. Work with the Grants and Contracts Office to understand and comply with compliance regulations of all sponsors, as well as with internal GCO policies. Stay up to date on all policy changes. Collaborate with PIs on annual NIH/foundation progress reports. Assist PIs with NIH Just-in-Time requests and RPPRs.

Program Coordinator (I/II)

  • The Research Program Coordinator develops study protocols, designs management and statistical plans, analyzes data and prepares final reports from study. The Research Program Coordinator II manages activities associated to research projects, including training, supervision of staff, grant and budget preparation, data management and statistical analysis with adherence to applicable regulations.

Research Project Manager (I/II/III)-

  • Organize and schedule meetings and events related to clinical trials across department. Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities. Oversee or perform budget negotiations for each trial as well as submit contracts and agreements to necessary parties. Track overall study drug deliveries/inventory and oversee the PM Assistant in all duties related to study drug and supplies

Research Laboratory Manager

  • Sample and data coordination, including communicating, organizing, tracking, and liaising with internal and external sample and data repositories. Manage IRB approvals, IRB renewals, documents, and reports requested by funders.

Senior Scientist

  • The Senior Scientist provides scientific and technical leadership in the management, design and execution of a clinical research program.
