The Sales Manager Radiology Solutions is expected to coordinate and execute on all sales operations for the Iberia Territory. Her/ his area of direct sales responsibility will be mainly the Spanish North-Est area.

The Sales Manager is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the sales strategy. He or she will provide guidance to the local sales team, coordinates and controls the sales process, and supports the regional management in the achievement of the budget.

Furthermore, the Sales Manager Radiology Solutions is responsible to execute on sales activities. In this role, he/she is customer facing, acts as single point of contact to customers, is responsible for identifying opportunities, managing customer expectations and negotiating contracts. He/she creates account strategies where applicable.

Tasks

Sales Coordination (20%)

  • Act as a Single-Point-of-Contact for the regional management
  • Collaborates on the sales strategy
  • Coordinates the local sales funnel (incl. CRM Data Quality)
  • Coordinates the local sales forecasting process
  • Coordinates the local revenue results and recognition
  • Supports and coaches the sales team

Sales Execution (80%)

  • Acts as a Single-Point-of-Contact for the assigned customer base
  • Creates and executes on account strategies
  • Responsible for managing the customer relationship
  • Responsible to execute the sales process (opportunity, proposal, quote, negotiation, contract)
  • Responsible to maintain CRM throughout the process
  • Responsible for the hand-over from sales to services

Profile

  • Master diploma Biomedical engineering / Business Administration
  • Fluent in English. Any other language is a plus
  • Knowledge of X-ray technology
  • 5+ Years of industry experience in the Medical Imaging / Healthcare.
  • 5+ Years of sales experience on value added selling on product and solutions (incl. Tender Management).
