Key Account Manager (South Poland)

 

Due to our expansion and growth in Poland, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join Agfa Healthcare to drive sales in.

As Key Account Manager, you provide day-to-day sales delivery to Agfa HealthCare customers in the South of Poland. You will contribute to developing our business and reinforce our sales team on healthcare information solutions (RIS / PACS).

While the Agfa HealthCare Poland office is based in Warsaw, you are part of a team and is expected to travel within Poland with focus on South region. This key role will report to the Managing Director Agfa HealthCare Poland.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

 

Main responsibilities :

In this role you will act as main contact for our IT customer base in Poland (South). You will have the overall responsibility for creating and executing a strategic account plan. You will manage efficiently expectations during the proposal and negotiations phases and maintain a close relationship with the customer. You will be on-site to explain and perform high-level demonstrations of our solutions. Finally, as a self-motivating high performer, you are a master in identifying new opportunities.

 

Education and experience :

• You have at least 3 years of experience in business development or sales of IT solutions – preferably in Healthcare IT (RIS / PACS / medical imaging)

• You understand the healthcare business and technical aspects of healthcare IT as well as Digital Health.

• You show good inter-personal and negotiation skills, including a proven ability to network in and build relationships.

• You are organized, result and customer oriented.

• You have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

 

Relevant skills :

Experience in Healthcare IT and diagnostic imaging is an asset. Moreover to fit into this role, you have experience in solution selling to large accounts. You can demonstrate a solid track record and you know the EU/Polish tender regulations.

You will need to rely on your IT background to communicate internally within Agfa with technical colleagues and also with specialized external partners.
