UEMS CME Accreditation

An application to UEMS will be submitted.

IMPORTANT: Due to UEMS regulations, attendees can only claim CME credits for the sessions that have actually been attended during the event. You will need to evaluate each session that you attended and would like to receive credits for on the event evaluation form. As part of this process participants’ attendance will be monitored throughout the event. Deadline for evaluation: Sunday, July 10, 2022. CME certificates will be sent by end of July 2022.

Confirmation of attendance

Each participant who successfully registered and attended the event will receive a confirmation of attendance after the meeting. The CME credits are only available for those who successfully complete the evaluation.

Registration

Registration for the OIC 2022 – Oncologic Imaging Course is to be made electronically by completing the respective registration form. Registration forms without full name, complete email, postal address and date of birth cannot be processed. Registration fees depend on the date your payment is received at the ESOI bank account and will be considered as incomplete and adjusted accordingly if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline. Registration fees are excl. VAT.

Registration Deadlines

Early registration deadline: Sunday, May 29, 2022
Late registration deadline: Sunday, June 26, 2022

Member registration (Full / Allied Sciences)

Reduced member registration is available to all active ESOI 2022 full/allied science members in good standing.

Resident registration

Reduced resident registration will be offered to residents (young radiologists in training). Residents have to send or email a letter, written on official hospital letter paper and signed by the head of department, confirming their status as such within 5 working days after online registration. In case this confirmation is not received, the registration fee will automatically be adjusted to a regular fee. The age limit for a registration as resident is set at 35 years (incl. the age of 35).

Registration fee for delegates includes

– admittance to all lectures
– admittance to the technical exhibition
– short programme overview
– certificate of attendance
– opening ceremony and welcome reception
– coffee breaks

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests from participants received until May 31, 2022 will be refunded less 50,00 € administrative charge. Cancellation requests received after May 31, 2022 will not result in any refund of the paid registration fee.
Name changes will be treated like the cancellation of one registration and the new registration of another participant. Cancellations have to be sent in written form via email to the ESOI Office using [email protected].
