With urban populations increasingly growing worldwide and technology making smart cities a reality, there is great potential of improving healthcare services by expanding them beyond the hospital walls. Both immediate health emergencies, such as COVID-19, and long-term strategies can be addressed with new, tech-driven solutions supported by enhanced community care.
